Affinity Recruitment has been engaged by a reputable business on island to assist in their search for an Office Support Assistant.
The successful applicant will provide a variety of routine office support to the HR Manager which may include the usage of basic office equipment in a professional and courteous manner.
*Assist with filing, organizing and retrieval of a range of paperwork and and products;
*Collect and distribute mail to appropriate individuals;
*Collect correspondence from drop boxes and provide necessary assistance with data entry;
*Undertake routine tasks such as sending and distributing faxes, photocopying and checking supplies;
*Greet visitors, receive and direct calls and requests for service;
*Make regular bank deposits and banking transactions;
*Undertake any other duty, assigned by the HR Manager.
*MS Office Suite – Word & Excel;
*Experience using IRIS and other relevant programs;
*Ability to produce reports without supervision;
*Strong attention to detail;
*Excellent communication skills – both written & verbal;
*Clean driver’s license.
