Company Secretarial Administrator

In this role, you will assist with the day-to-day management of registered office services for client companies. You’ll ensure timely and professional handling of client requests and documentation, liaise effectively via phone, email, and in-person, and contribute to the continued enhancement of operational processes. Additional responsibilities include coordinating document execution and legalization, managing corporate records, and participating in department-wide initiatives and special projects.
The ideal candidate will be highly responsive, detail-oriented, and proactive in addressing both internal and external requirements. Training will be provided to develop corporate secretarial abilities; however, strong communication and organizational skills will be essential for success in this position.
Requirements:
- Previous registered office or board support experience preferred, ideally from a professional services environment.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, essential.
- Good planning and time management/prioritization skills.
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently and also to liaise with other departments.
- Superior communication skills with demonstrated ability to work to deadlines.
