Position:

We are seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our client teams specializing in alternative investment funds, including Private Debt, Private Equity, and Hedge Funds. As a Senior Fund Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering first class accounting, valuation, investor relations, risk management, and corporate administration services for a portfolio of highly intricate investment funds, catering to a discerning base of institutional clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

·         Facilitate seamless integration of new business ventures.

·         Adhere to stringent reporting deadlines and fulfill challenging client obligations.

·         Provide comprehensive accounting, valuation, investor relations, risk management, and corporate administration services.

 

Requirements:

·         Possession of a professional public accounting qualification is mandatory.

 

·         Previous experience in a similar role or a combination thereof involving complex securities and derivatives products.

 

·         Demonstrated expertise and technical proficiency in alternative investment products, operational processes, and the offshore financial services sector.

 

·       Proficiency in systems technology, valuation methodologies, accounting practices, share transfer and registration procedures, prime brokerage, financing, and custody services.

 

·         Familiarity with portfolio management and analytics systems is advantageous.
