Senior Corporate Administrator

The purpose of the role will be to take responsibility for the provision of registered office and board support services for a portfolio of key client companies, ensuring support is delivered proactively, professionally and to the highest standard.

The Senior Corporate Administrator (“SCA”) will manage all registered office requirements for the portfolio, including incorporations, register creation, and document drafting, and will be responsible for providing board support services, including meeting coordination, collation, and distribution of board packs, and drafting of board minutes for funds.

This is role has a significant client-facing remit, and the SCA will be required to be highly responsive by phone, e-mail, and/or in-person. The successful incumbent will have a proactive attitude towards internal and external needs and will actively contribute to maintaining and improving operational procedures.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant financial services or legal industry experience.
  • ICSA/CGI (fully or partially qualified) preferred.
  • Experience drafting board minutes.
  • Excellent planning and time management/prioritization skills with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
  • The ability to work in a team as well as independently and also to liaise with other departments.
  • Sound understanding of AML/KYC and compliance regulations.
  • Possess complete accuracy, attention to detail, ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • History of demonstrating highly motivated and organized/methodical approach to work.
