This role is responsible for delivering high-quality registered office support across a portfolio of client entities, ensuring all services are provided proactively, accurately, and to the highest professional standard. You will manage entity lifecycles including incorporations, statutory filings, and regulatory interactions, while coordinating document execution and maintaining compliant corporate records. In addition, you may be expected to provide company secretarial support, including meeting coordination, preparation of board packs, and drafting of minutes, where necessary.

This position also offers the opportunity to contribute to operational improvements, support business growth initiatives, and participate in key projects, requiring a responsive, detail-oriented professional with a strong client service mindset.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant financial services or legal industry experience.
  • Proficient in CORIS, CAP, and REEFS.
  • An understanding of AML/KYC and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Experience training and developing others to enhance their skill set.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
