Senior Corporate Administrator - CoSec

Our client, a global fund administrator, is seeking to hire an experienced corporate governance professional to collaborate with industry-leading professionals to deliver trusted, award-winning services for complex fund structures.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing registered office and board support services for a portfolio of key client companies, ensuring exceptional service delivery, where you’ll be expected to coordinate board meetings, prepare board packs and minutes, and provide company secretarial support on both routine and ad hoc matters. Additional responsibilities include company incorporations, statutory filings, and document management.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of relevant financial services or legal industry experience.
  • ICSA (fully or partially qualified) preferred
  • Great attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential
  • You have good planning and time management skills and are able to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
  • You have an understanding of AML/KYC and compliance regulations.
  • You possess complete accuracy, attention to detail, ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • You have superior communication skills, written and verbal.
  • You have a history of demonstrating highly motivated and organized/methodical approach to work.
