Vice President - Fund Fiduciary

The successful applicant will be required to provide direct support to the Directors of the company and manage a portfolio of clients. This will include liaising with clients and their advisors in the establishment of new funds and the ongoing supervision and administration of existing funds, the review of relevant documentation, the monitoring of ongoing responsibilities, the supervision and training of staff, and serving as a director on a select number of client funds.

The successful applicant will be fully conversant in the structural, regulatory and multi-jurisdictional environment in which investment funds operate and be fully able to discuss the practicalities of both establishing and providing for the ongoing administration of such structures. A high level of understanding of the financial and legal aspects of offshore financial products is a pre-requisite.

This is a senior position that requires strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to meet frequent tight deadlines. Applicants must be highly motivated and highly organized with an ability to work on their own initiative and must be computer literate.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must have a University Degree and one or more relevant internationally recognized professional qualifications (ACCA, CA, CPA, CAIA, CFA, ICSA, STEP).

Must possess at least 8 years post qualification experience, including at least 3 years relevant managerial experience in the financial services industry.
