The Senior Manager Corporate Services (“SM”) will be a highly experienced registered office professional with significant experience servicing clients to a high standard. The SM will be responsible for the management and development of a team of managers and administrators; providing expert corporate administration services to effectively manage, maintain and grow client relationships.
In tandem with the Associate Director, the SM will be responsible for drafting registered office policies and procedures, overseeing the execution of operational changes, and ensuring that all regulatory obligations are complied with.
The SM will coach, mentor, and develop all team members, ensuring monthly one to one meetings take place which are focused on individual development. The SM will ensure due process, high levels of productivity and client satisfaction are achieved, ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures.
- 10 years’ relevant experience in the financial services sector, including a minimum of 5 years with a corporate services provider.
- Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to a licensed corporate and trust service provider.
- Experience in successfully managing, coaching and developing a team of professionals and a proven track record of high performance.
- Positivity with a demonstrated track record in building effective and trusted relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders.
