Fund Administrator (Transfer Agency)

JOB # 25 LOCATION George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands

Affinity Recruitment has been engaged by a multinational business to assist in their search for an Administrator to join their Transfer Agency team.

Duties:

  • Processing Subscriptions and Redemptions, Switches and Transfers in accordance with the guidelines and policies;
  • Administering and reconciling incoming and outgoing wire payments;
  • Completion of all checklists appropriate to the dealing process;
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Maintenance of shareholders registers;
  • Provide administrative support to management;
  • Additional ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field;
  • Experience in Transfer Agency or Investor Operations team beneficial but not essential;
  • Experience working in the financial services industry beneficial;
  • Must have good knowledge of all Microsoft applications.

In return, salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and will be in the range of US$40,000 to US$65,000 per annum as well as a full range of premium benefits.
