Affinity Recruitment has been engaged by a multinational business to assist in their search for an Administrator to join their Transfer Agency team.
- Processing Subscriptions and Redemptions, Switches and Transfers in accordance with the guidelines and policies;
- Administering and reconciling incoming and outgoing wire payments;
- Completion of all checklists appropriate to the dealing process;
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Maintenance of shareholders registers;
- Provide administrative support to management;
- Additional ad hoc duties as required.
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field;
- Experience in Transfer Agency or Investor Operations team beneficial but not essential;
- Experience working in the financial services industry beneficial;
- Must have good knowledge of all Microsoft applications.
In return, salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and will be in the range of US$40,000 to US$65,000 per annum as well as a full range of premium benefits.
