Corporate Services Manager

In this role, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the corporate services team. You will be responsible for effectively managing the day-to-day activities of the registered office business to include efficient delegation, timely processing of work, resource and staff management and progress toward longer term deliverables.
You will be a role model to the team, acting as a source of reference on all facets of corporate administration, while mirroring the company’s vision, values and strategy. You will also be expected to contribute to the team in a manner that is compliant with all applicable regulatory requirements and meets best practice in corporate governance.
- 5-7 years previous experience effectively managing, developing a corporate team, and proven industry experience with a strong background in all areas of corporate administration.
- Proven knowledge of Viewpoint, CORIS, CIMA, EDMS and general client database systems is essential along with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of the Cayman Islands legal and regulatory framework as applied to the financial services industry and a clear understanding of the workings and remit of the Registrar of Companies, the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority and other relevant regulatory bodies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, together with the ability to build relationships, work as part of a team to achieve a common goal and be self-motivated and career driven.
