Compliance Officer

The purpose of this position is to support the Head of Compliance with the maintenance of an effective compliance and risk management program.

The Compliance Officer will be responsible for executing duties and functions related to ongoing compliance monitoring, working closely with key stakeholders to mitigate risk through the establishment of, and adherence to, internal controls, policies, and procedures.

This position is key to the successful identification, measurement, monitoring and control of potential risks within the business, and the execution of the various initiatives related to the business’ ongoing success.

Requirements:

• 3 – 5 years’ experience in a compliance and/or risk management position within a professional service business with a relevant compliance-related certification (CAMS, ICA).
• Knowledge of Cayman Islands regulatory requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills with a high comfort level in dealing with senior management.
