Team Lead (Corporate Services)

The Team Lead is a key technical specialist responsible for supporting the administration of a portfolio of companies, partnerships, and trusts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high service standards. The role includes preparing and reviewing corporate documentation, maintaining client records, compiling portfolio data for reporting, and managing tasks with a focus on productivity, time, and cost efficiency.
The Team Lead also contributes to team development by reviewing junior work, providing guidance and technical support, and supporting professional growth across the team. Working closely with internal stakeholders, they ensure the appropriate handling of sensitive information and drive continuous improvement through training, knowledge sharing, and participation in departmental initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years prior corporate administration experience in a professional office environment as well as at least 2 years in a Senior Corporate Administrator or Team Lead position.
- Proficient in CORIS, CAP, and REEFS and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communications skills.
- Experience training and developing others to enhance their skill set.
- Ability to build effective working relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
