Talent Management Specialist

The Talent Management Specialist plays a key role in strengthening organizational capability by designing, implementing, and continuously improving talent and performance programmes across the employee lifecycle. The role ensures alignment with business strategy, culture, and competency frameworks, supporting initiatives such as succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and organizational design to build strong talent pipelines and enhance effectiveness.
Working closely with P&C teams and business leaders, the role supports the rollout of talent initiatives, drives stakeholder engagement and change management, and leverages data to measure impact and inform decision-making. With a focus on process improvement and employee experience, the position contributes to scalable, integrated talent solutions that support growth, engagement, and long-term success.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or HR certification preferred; 5+ years in HR with 3+ years in talent management, learning & development, or career development. Supervisory experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Cayman Islands employment laws.
- Proven ability to design and implement talent management programs in large organizations, using data-driven and strategic thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; able to engage effectively with stakeholders, including senior leaders, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments; able to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated who demonstrates maturity and professionalism.
