A leading global financial services provider is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced corporate governance specialist to join its team in the Cayman Islands. This dynamic role involves managing registered office and board support services for a portfolio of high-profile client companies, ensuring professional, proactive, and high-standard delivery of services.

Key responsibilities include coordinating statutory filings, liaising with local authorities, organizing and supporting board meetings, preparing board minutes, overseeing document execution and legalization, and maintaining accurate company records. The successful candidate will also collaborate with regional offices, contribute to internal process improvements, support departmental projects, and assist in setting and maintaining KPIs and training initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree within a business or legal area of study is preferred
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant financial services industry experience
  • ICSA/corporate secretarial education, preferred
  • Understanding of Cayman Islands AML and Compliance regulations, including economic substance and the beneficial ownership regime
  • Knowledge of BVI law and regulation preferred
  • Complete accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience in all aspects of Cayman Islands Registry of Companies and CIMA obligations
  • A high level of attention to detail and a drive for service excellence
  • Superior communication skills with demonstrated ability to work to deadlines
