We are working with our client on an exciting opportunity for a Software Developer to join their growing team in Cayman. This role focuses on data engineering, process automation, and business intelligence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and manage data ingestion pipelines using tools such as Alteryx, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, or similar ETL/ELT platforms.
• Develop Power BI datasets, semantic models, and reports with focus on scalability, data modeling best practices, and row-level security.
• Implement process automation solutions using Power Automate, Alteryx, Azure Logic Apps, or scripting (Python, PowerShell).
• Translate business requirements into system workflows and technical designs.
• Apply data quality checks, validation rules, and error handling to ensure reliable outputs.
• Work across multiple systems (CRM, ERP, financial, HRIS, document systems) in an integration-focused role.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Business teams to identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Support documentation, solution roadmapping, and Agile delivery practices.

Technical Skills:
• 5+ years in IT operations, data engineering, or business process automation roles.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Azure services (Data Lake Storage, Azure SQL, Data Factory, Logic Apps, Key Vault, Synapse/Fabric preferred).
• SQL and database experience (Azure SQL, SQL Server).
• Familiarity with data governance concepts including metadata, lineage, and master data management.
• 5+ years in IT operations, data engineering, or business process automation roles.
