Senior Manager - Transfer Agency (Funds)

The purpose of this role is to assume responsibility for leading and managing operational teams to deliver a high-quality and professional administration services to clients, in line with strategic objectives set by the Cayman Board.

This position oversees all aspects of investor services, including processing subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, conversions, reconciliations, and onboarding of new funds, while ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of all transactions. The successful candidate will manage teams in both Cayman and other jurisdictions, fostering collaboration, training, and development to drive performance and maintain exceptional client service standards.

Additional responsibilities include strategic planning and process improvement, risk management, regulatory reporting, and participation in client reviews and operational projects.

Requirements:

• Experience working with Cayman domiciled funds.
• Knowledge of transfer agency administration and the regulatory environment is highly desirable.
• Knowledge and understanding of CIMA regulatory and AML environment highly desirable.
• People management and leadership skills.
• Ability to review and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.
