Senior Corporate Administrator

The Senior Corporate Administrator will be responsible for delivering a broad range of corporate administration services, including forming and maintaining companies, managing statutory filings, updating corporate records, handling regulatory submissions, and supporting banking, licensing, and due diligence matters. The Senior Corporate Administrator will also prepare and review corporate documents, maintain accurate data in corporate systems, support economic substance and beneficial ownership reporting.
The successful candidate must demonstrate adaptability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities within a dynamic corporate environment.
Requirements:
- An ICSA qualification, at a minimum of diploma level, or a recognized paralegal qualification.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in corporate services.
- Excellent knowledge of local laws, regulations and AML guidance notes.
- Excellent attention to detail and complete accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task in a time critical environment and be able to respond quickly to changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to successfully liaise with people at all levels, whilst working effectively as part of a team.
