The Senior Corporate Administrator will be responsible for delivering a broad range of corporate administration services, including forming and maintaining companies, managing statutory filings, updating corporate records, handling regulatory submissions, and supporting banking, licensing, and due diligence matters. The Senior Corporate Administrator will also prepare and review corporate documents, maintain accurate data in corporate systems, support economic substance and beneficial ownership reporting.

The successful candidate must demonstrate adaptability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities within a dynamic corporate environment.

Requirements:

  • An ICSA qualification, at a minimum of diploma level, or a recognized paralegal qualification.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in corporate services.
  • Excellent knowledge of local laws, regulations and AML guidance notes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and complete accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task in a time critical environment and be able to respond quickly to changing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to successfully liaise with people at all levels, whilst working effectively as part of a team.

 

Senior Corporate Administrator

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Administrator to join one of Cayman’s newest and fastest-growing corporate service provider businesses.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of companies, limited partnerships, and other entities.
 
Key Responsibilities:
•    Preparation and filing of formation documents with the Registrar
•    Liaising with the Registrar and CIMA on routine administrative matters
•    Maintaining statutory records and corporate documents in line with internal policies and procedures
•    Assisting attorneys with the preparation of corporate documents, invoices, and correspondence
•    Communicating with clients and intermediaries via email and telephone
•    Collaborating with wider operational teams
 
Requirements / Qualifications:
•    At least 5 years of client-facing corporate services experience
•    Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
•    Proficiency in Viewpoint entity administration software and the Microsoft Office suite
•    Strong written and oral communication skills
•    Excellent client relationship, organisational, time management, and interpersonal skills
