Senior Associate - Corporate / Funds - Jersey

Opportunity Overview:
Our client is a prestigious, award-winning offshore law firm with a reputation for excellence and a Tier 1 ranking in Corporate law. Based in the Channel Islands, they advise global financial institutions, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals on complex legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.

 

They are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Associate to join their leading Corporate team in Jersey. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-level legal support on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including:
•    Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
•    Private Equity transactions
•    Corporate Structuring and Restructuring
•    Formation and administration of Investment Funds
•    Establishment and management of Real Estate Holding Entities
•    Full transaction lifecycle: from establishment and financing through to exit or dissolution

 

Requirements:
•    5-8 years PQE, qualified in a Commonwealth jurisdiction 
•    Strong transactional and M&A experience
•    Exposure to or direct experience in Funds work is highly desirable
•    Proven ability to manage complex transactions and deliver clear, effective legal solutions
•    Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
•    Strong numerical and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
•    A solid academic background
•    Knowledge of French and/or Swedish is advantageous but not essential
