Regulatory Reporting Officer

In this role, you will prepare, validate, and submit reports in compliance with frameworks such as CRS, FATCA, while staying ahead of evolving global regulations. You’ll work closely with various departments to reconcile data and refine reporting procedures for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. You’ll also conduct quality assurance reviews, engage with regulators and auditors, and provide guidance on best practices, playing a key role in strengthening compliance capabilities and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in regulatory reporting or a similar role within financial services.
• Knowledge of the Cayman Islands financial regulatory reporting requirements and be keen to expand your expertise to other jurisdictions.
• Experience with regulatory reporting systems and online submission portals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record in managing large and/or complex data sets. Experience with Power BI or similar data analytics tools is a plus.
• Experience or enthusiasm for embracing AI and automation technologies in regulatory reporting and compliance and be willing to aid in the development of innovative solutions.
