Regional Financial Controller

A leading corporate services provider is seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking Financial Controller to lead the finance function across multiple jurisdictions. This senior, hands-on role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective financial control, while overseeing day-to-day finance operations, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, and audit processes. The position plays a key role in delivering accurate management accounts, insightful financial analysis, and Board-level reporting, while strengthening internal controls and optimizing working capital performance.

The Financial Controller will partner closely with senior leadership and Group Finance to drive strategic initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and support business growth. Responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and developing accounting staff to foster a high-performing, accountable, and collaborative finance function.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, or ACCA) with at least 8 years post-qualification experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and minimum 10 years in financial services management, with a strong preference for corporate services financial management experience.
• Strong technical expertise in IFRS, management accounting, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills, including handling large data sets.
• Ability to work under pressure and build effective relationships across the business.
