Property Specialist

A well-established Caribbean property consultancy is seeking a Property Specialist to join its Head Office in Grand Cayman. The successful candidate will have proven experience in both residential and commercial property management and be expected to manage a portfolio of strata properties, contributing to the company’s core focus on property and asset management across the island.
Additional responsibilities include preparing contracts and reports for Executive Committees, coordinating maintenance projects, managing service providers, handling property inspections and complaints, and ensuring compliance with strata bylaws. The role also involves liaising with accountants for financial reporting, supporting AGMs and EGMs, and training new staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in residential and commercial property management.
- Proven ability to prepare and manage contracts, reports, and RFPs for Executive Committees.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating maintenance projects, managing service contracts, and resolving service provider disputes.
- Proficiency in property inspection, maintenance scheduling, and issue resolution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with Executive Committees, property owners, accountants, and contractors.
- Experience in training and mentoring junior team members.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple properties efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for property inspections.
