Personal Assistant

Key responsibilities include managing financial transactions and invoices, maintaining organized filing and record management systems, supporting document retention and disposal processes, and providing dedicated administrative assistance to other internal departments. Additionally, the PA will handle all incoming communications, coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and other stakeholders and play an integral role in the execution of the Office’s hurricane preparedness plan.
Note: This a temporary role with the potential to convert permanent. Applicants should be available to commence at short notice.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in business administration or a related subject with at least 5 years’ experience of executive level administrative/personal support.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to deal with all levels of employees.
- Excellent planning, coordination, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively and reliably under pressure, either alone or as a member of a team, and within tight and often overlapping deadlines.
- Good judgement, be a reliable team player, show resilience and be able to consistently deliver results.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a highly confidential environment.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel).
