Patient Services Coordinator

Our client a leading healthcare facility in Cayman, is now seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to be the welcoming face of their clinic. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive, professional, and compassionate experience for every patient from their first visit through to follow-up care.
• Greet and check in/out patients, providing warm, efficient service.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.
• Coordinate provider and surgical schedules.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Assist with invoicing, reports, and supply tracking.
• Support process improvements and uphold confidentiality and compliance standards.
• Communicate effectively across clinical and administrative teams.
• 5+ years’ experience in a healthcare, medical, or veterinary office environment.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in record management and scheduling systems (EHR/PM/CRM).
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a small team.
Preferred:
• Background in hospitality or patient-facing customer service.
