Our client is a leading offshore, law-firm-led professional services business, advising many of the world’s top financial institutions, corporations, public organisations, private equity firms, investment funds, as well as ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
• Manage the day-to-day workflows of the registered office function
• Monitor team capacity and recommend workload adjustments to ensure optimal performance and service delivery.
• Oversee the timely and accurate processing of client requests and transactions.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and support the corporate administration team with urgent or complex matters.
• Provide coverage for team members during absences and act as a key point of contact for escalations and troubleshooting.
• Assist with the development and enhancement of internal processes to drive efficiency and support business growth.
• Support senior leadership in resolving team-related challenges and performance issues.
• Proactively suggest and implement workflow and team structure improvements.
• Monitor team performance and regularly update senior management on progress, risks, and key issues.
• Lead, delegate, and provide technical guidance on time-sensitive or complex corporate services and onboarding matters.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance the effectiveness of systems and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding experience for clients.
• Ensure all onboarding documentation and processes meet regulatory and internal compliance standards.
• An undergraduate degree, supported by a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA (now CGI) or equivalent.
• Strong, proven experience in corporate administration within the financial services or offshore industry.
• Prior experience managing and developing corporate services teams in a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with systems such as Viewpoint, CORIS, REEFS, CAPS, and other client database platforms is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Excellent knowledge of the Cayman Islands’ legal and regulatory framework, including relevant government and regulatory bodies (e.g., ROC, CIMA).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead, delegate, and foster collaboration across teams.
• Working understanding of onboarding compliance, including KYC, CDD, and related regulatory requirements.
