Junior Sales Associate

Overview:
A long-established name in the Cayman Islands land market, specialising exclusively in freehold building land and working with an exclusive agency model to serve both local and international clients.

 

The Role:
As a Junior Sales Associate, you will:
•    Support the Sales Office Manager in overseeing daily sales operations
•    Manage inbound and outbound client enquiries
•    Be part of our growing online media presence
•    Guide clients through the land purchase process
•    Maintain a structured sales pipeline across calls, email, and CRM
•    Deliver consistent follow-up and professional client communication

 

Requirements:
•    Highly self-motivated and target-driven
•    Exceptionally organised with strong follow-up discipline
•    Confident handling objections and complex client questions
•    Comfortable working evenings and occasional weekends
•    Technically competent across CRM systems, email, and digital platforms
•    Committed to long-term growth, not short-term wins

 

Experience Requirements:
•    Real estate or property sales experience: 2-3 years (ideal)
•    Valid driving licence required
