HR Manager - Temporary - Permanent Contract

• Provide strategic and administrative support to the Chief HR Officer in managing the Authority’s HR systems and programmes.
• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure the effective delivery of HR management services.
• Administer and support HR programmes including recruitment, employee relations, policy compliance, and performance management.
• Act as the CHRO’s deputy when required, representing the department in internal and external matters.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR administration, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Professional certification in HR (HRCI, SHRM, CIPD, CISHRP, or equivalent) is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of the Cayman Islands Labour Act and related employment legislation.
• Strong communication, leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines efficiently.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRMS platforms such as PDS Vista HCM is an advantage.
• A valid Cayman Islands Driver’s Licence is required.
