HR Manager - Recruitment

As part of a dynamic recruitment team, you will leverage a consultative approach to managing the recruitment process across a Caribbean regional organisation spanning multiple countries and business functions. As a HR Manager – Recruitment, you will develop a solid understanding of your assigned businesses and build strong relationships with managers, candidates, and HR Business Partners/HR Managers across the markets.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) providing consultative recruitment support across the full recruitment cycle
• Coach and influence hiring managers on candidate selection and compensation decisions
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce needs and develop sourcing strategies
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, presenting candidates, negotiating offers, and managing candidate outcomes
• Develop creative and cost-effective sourcing solutions to attract high-quality talent
• Source diverse talent and support inclusive hiring pipelines
• Support recruitment projects and initiatives as required
• Bachelor’s degree
• Min 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience delivering recruitment services and managing relationships with hiring managers at all levels
• Ability to partner with hiring managers, understand business needs, and translate them into effective hiring strategies
• Demonstrated ability to establish urgency and responsiveness while prioritising and managing multiple tasks
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence others through a consultative approach
• Corporate/in-house recruiting experience
• Understanding of high-volume recruiting
• Demonstrated capability in managing the end-to-end HR process, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
