Fund Administrator (Temp to Perm)

A leading organization is seeking additional support within its investment funds team. The successful incumbent will be expected to provide high-quality administrative support, playing a key part in the smooth management of client and matter lifecycles, including openings and closures, regulatory and court filings, government portal registrations, and document preparation. The position also supports financial and operational workflows by assisting with billing, drafting billing narratives, monitoring work-in-progress reports, coordinating cheque requests, and liaising with internal teams such as Accounts and Compliance.

Requirements:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business administration, or a related field with 2–5 years of administrative experience in a legal or finance environment.
- Knowledge of legal terminology, new business intake processes, and documentation (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with document management systems.
