We are seeking a detail-oriented Fund Administrator to serve as the primary liaison for all stakeholders involved with our client’s funds under administration.

This role involves comprehensive support to Investment Managers, Directors, Bankers, Custodians, Legal Counsel, Auditors, and other key parties, ensuring that all fund activities align with the fund’s corporate documentation and Cayman Islands legislation. The Fund Administrator will manage company incorporations, fund licensing, corporate secretarial duties, and regulatory filings. In addition to handling high-level client relationships, the role may include reviewing junior staff’s work and providing guidance as necessary.

Requirements:

  • At a minimum: Associate’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, or similar. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in Fund Administration, including at least one year in Corporate Administration.
  • Preferred candidates will have broader exposure to areas such as fund licensing, secretarial services, RTA, and regulatory liaison.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, and work independently or in a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing tasks.
  • Ability to communicate (written and/or oral) in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
