Director - Corporate Services

The successful candidate will oversee board governance processes, including meeting oversight, resolutions, and documentation, while monitoring operational performance and ensuring statutory and regulatory obligations are met. The Director will also provide strategic guidance on corporate services delivery, support enterprise risk oversight, and contribute to AML/CFT compliance and regulatory engagement.

This position is best suited to a senior governance or corporate services professional with prior CIMA approval experience within a licensed corporate service, fiduciary, or regulated financial services environment. Strong knowledge of Cayman Islands regulatory frameworks, corporate governance practices, and risk oversight is essential. STEP membership or a similar professional qualification would be advantageous.
