Dental Practice Manager

The Dental Practice Manager is responsible for the overall strategic and operational management of the dental practice. This leadership role oversees daily operations, financial management, staff development, patient experience, vendor and contract oversight, and service delivery. The Dental Practice Manager will drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of excellence in patient care and team performance

As part of the leadership team, you will contribute to strategic planning, set and monitor key performance indicators, and drive quality improvement initiatives across the practice. Your financial oversight will include managing budgets, payroll, billing, supporting revenue cycle management, and the preparation of financial reports to inform key business decisions. Additionally, you will lead vendor and contract management efforts, ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and the integration of innovative technologies that support the practice’s goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field.
• A Diploma in Dental Surgery Assisting, or equivalent, would be advantageous.
• 8+ years of practice management experience in a healthcare or dental setting.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in operational, financial, and personnel management.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong understanding of dental regulatory frameworks would be beneficial.
