This role is essential to delivering safe, efficient, and patient-centered dental care, supporting clinicians through expert chairside assistance and meticulous preparation of treatment rooms. The post holder ensures patients are welcomed, comfortable, and well-informed, accurately records medical histories and vitals, assists during procedures using four-handed dentistry, and maintains precise clinical documentation while keeping appointments running smoothly.
The position also upholds the highest standards of infection control, equipment care, and regulatory compliance, ensuring all clinical and common areas are clean, stocked, and fully operational. With responsibility for sterilization, records management, inventory control, and emergency readiness, this role is ideal for a detail-oriented dental professional committed to quality care, safety, and exceptional patient experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Dental Assistant position, adept at adapting to fast-paced, high-pressure environments while maintaining professionalism and emotional composure.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse patients and managing conflict effectively.
- Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, time management, and accurate written communication skills.
- Proficient in four-handed dentistry, patient education, and presenting treatment information clearly.
