Corporate Services Manager

This senior role involves overseeing company portfolios to ensure full compliance with Cayman Islands regulations, providing technical guidance to the team, and actively participating in the preparation of reports, board minutes, and shareholder resolutions. You will play a key role in enhancing departmental policies, improving service delivery processes, and managing licensing and banking matters.
The ideal candidate will bring exceptional communication skills, a proactive and detail-oriented approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Requirements:
- ICSA, STEP, or equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry, including 5 years with a corporate services provider.
- Proven success in leading, coaching, and developing professional teams.
- A strong understanding of Cayman Islands regulatory framework and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate.
- A proactive, positive approach with the ability to work under pressure.
- A client-focused mindset with a commitment to high standards of client service.
- Experience handling complex transactions and drafting corporate resolutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Viewpoint, CAP, and CORIS.
