We are seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Administration Manager to join our client’s team, a leading law firm in the Cayman Islands. 
This role involves overseeing the administration of a portfolio of companies, limited partnerships, and other entities associated with our corporate services business.
 
The successful candidate will have a strong background in client-facing corporate services and a proven track record in team leadership. You will play a key role in ensuring service excellence, compliance, and process improvement within the corporate administration function.
 
Responsibilities:
•    Lead, coach, and mentor the Corporate Administration team to foster high performance, professional development, and exceptional client service.
•    Manage team workload effectively to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
•    Contribute to management reporting, including KPIs, risk indicators, and staffing needs.
•    Oversee the preparation and submission of entity formation documents to the Registrar.
•    Liaise with regulatory bodies such as the Registrar and CIMA on complex matters.
•    Ensure statutory records and corporate documentation are maintained in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
•    Support attorneys with the drafting of corporate documents, correspondence, and invoicing.
•    Maintain professional communications with clients and intermediaries via email and telephone.
•    Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure consistency and efficiency.
•    Continuously evaluate and improve team workflows and processes to drive efficiency and standardisation.
•    Assist in developing internal policies, procedures, and training materials.
 
Requirements / Qualifications:
•    Minimum of 8 years’ experience in client-facing corporate services, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
•    Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and/or a professional corporate governance qualification (e.g. CGI, ICSA) is preferred.
•    Strong working knowledge of the Cayman Islands regulatory environment and corporate services best practices.
•    Proficiency with CAP, CORIS, and REEFS is highly desirable.
•    Experience using ViewPoint and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
•    Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and build strong client relationships.
•    Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
•    Candidates must hold Caymanian status or possess a valid RERC Certificate.
