Clinical Personal Assistant / Receptionist

• Process new patients and maintain accurate records
• Create and manage treatment plans
• Explain procedures, costs, and insurance coverage to patients
• Verify medical / dental insurance benefits and obtain pre-authorisations
• Handle insurance payments and resolve discrepancies
• Manage patient scheduling and ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain office supply inventory
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries
• Support the clinical team with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a medical administration position in the Cayman Islands
• Strong knowledge of local insurance processes including benefit verification and pre-authorisation with Cayman Islands insurance companies
• Specific experience with medical billing, preparing medical letters and reports
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills
• Proficiency with office management and patient system software
• Health Care & Accounting qualification or Certificate would be an advantage
