Client Services Administrator (Temporary)

Responsibilities will include reviewing client files to identify and remediate deficiencies, escalating unresolved issues, and managing follow-ups to ensure all action items are completed within designated timeframes. You will also liaise with internal teams, clients, and third parties to address outstanding issues related to AML or other regulatory requirements, and support broader review activities, such as those triggered by material changes.
Please note, this is a temporary position, and the incumbent will be expected to commence employment at short notice.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience within a relevant role (trust or corporate services, banking, or operational risk/compliance), ideally with knowledge of AML/KYC requirements.
- Knowledge of Viewpoint would be an advantage.
- Enthusiasm to learn, including taking initiative to learn new skills and create effective solutions.
- A positive outlook and be well organized, with good personal management skills and open to taking ownership of projects and responsibility for ensuring completion.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
