Business Analyst - Finance

We are looking for a finance-driven Business Analyst with a strong automation mindset to join our client’s finance team. This role is critical in enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of the business’ financial operations through the identification of process inefficiencies, the implementation of automation solutions, and the delivery of data-driven insights.

The successful candidate will combine a deep understanding of finance processes with technical expertise in tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics 365, working closely with finance stakeholders to modernize workflows. The Business Analyst will play a hands-on role in developing robust and auditable automated solutions, building insightful dashboards, and supporting the finance team with clear documentation, training, and change management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting role, with a focus on process improvement, automation and/or data analysis.
• Demonstrated experience working within a finance function, especially in environments with high transaction volume would be preferred.
• Proficient in Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) with the ability to develop and maintain automation solutions.
• Comfortable working with large financial data sets and creating meaningful visualizations and dashboards.
