Associate - Litigation/ Employment Law

Our client, a leading law firm in Guernsey is seeking an ambitious and personable Associate or Senior Associate to join its Litigation team, with a focus on Employment Law.

 

•    The role will involve advising corporate and individual clients on a broad range of employment and discrimination matters, both contentious and non-contentious. 

•    Candidates with strong tribunal experience and a background in UK discrimination law will be highly regarded.

•    You’ll also be expected to advise at a senior level on general employment advisory matters, including areas overlapping with data protection, corporate governance, immigration, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:
•    Qualified lawyer in a Commonwealth jurisdiction
•    2–6 years PQE
•    Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and solid commercial and financial awareness
•    Relevant experience in UK discrimination and employment law is essential
