Key Responsibilities
•    Advising on corporate matters related to digital assets, fintech, and cryptocurrency.
•    Supporting high-value transactions and structuring work for leading industry clients.
•    Providing technically sound and commercially focused legal advice.
•    Collaborating with colleagues across various jurisdictions and time zones.
•    Contributing to business development and thought leadership within the digital assets sector.

 

Candidate Requirements
•    Commonwealth qualified lawyer with 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience.
•    A strong background in corporate law.
•    Experience or demonstrated interest in digital assets, fintech, and/or cryptocurrency preferred.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Strong commercial awareness and ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
