Assistant Vice President, Trusts

The AVP will be expected to prepare and maintain trust documentation, implement digital asset structures, manage client and service provider matters, coordinate onboarding, and ensure regulatory compliance. The successful incumbent will be expected to contribute to business growth through relationship management, attending fiduciary events, and identifying opportunities to improve institutional and digital asset services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and relevant professional designation (i.e., TEP, LLB, CFA, CPA, CAIA).
- Minimum of 5 years’ fiduciary experience in a global financial services environment, with a deep working knowledge of investment funds and corporate trust structures, as well as documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Practical experience working with STAR and charitable trusts, special purpose vehicles, unit trusts, foundation companies.
- Client facing background with outstanding presentation skills backed up by sound technical, compliance, and regulatory knowledge.
- Excellent networking skills, be highly motivated, and adept at building relationships.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment including reporting and providing support to various members of the team.
