Actuary, Longevity Inforce Management

We’re looking for an experienced Actuary, Longevity Inforce Management to lead the management of a growing longevity reinsurance inforce portfolio. This role ensures the performance, compliance, and profitability of existing contracts and plays a key part in strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and client relationship management.
Summary of Responsibilities:
• Oversee and analyze the performance of existing longevity reinsurance contracts
• Lead and support tools and models for premium calculation and financial reporting
• Manage data integrity, treaty amendments, and inforce updates with clients
• Drive insights through data analytics on premium, claim, and demographic trends
• Collaborate on new deal execution including model testing, treaty design, and admin setup
• Identify and implement process improvements and leverage modern actuarial tools
• Lead strategic initiatives and support junior team development
• Represent the team internally and externally as a subject matter expert

Requirements:
- Fellowship from a recognized actuarial body (FSA, IFoA, or equivalent)
- Degree in actuarial science, mathematics, finance, or related field
- Significant experience in longevity or life reinsurance, with deep understanding of contracts, pricing, and risk management
- Strong actuarial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience in client-facing roles, project leadership, and working with cross-functional teams
