Digital Marketing Executive

Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will manage and schedule social media content across multiple platforms, monitor engagement and industry trends, support senior stakeholders with their digital presence, and contribute to the development of best practices and training materials. The role also involves assisting with website updates, paid media campaigns, email marketing programmes, and multimedia content initiatives, while leveraging analytics and audience insights to measure campaign performance, track ROI, and provide meaningful reporting to senior stakeholders.

This position is ideal for someone with a digital-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (and/or a professional qualification) in a Technology, Marketing Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years relevant experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
• A solid knowledge of the social media landscape and an understanding of major and trending digital marketing channels and tools.
• Proven expertise with social media advertising and audience targeting including the understanding of different audience types and platform-specific content approaches.
• Social media management tools experience (i.e., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Trello) including publishing social media assets and managing content platforms.
• Confidence in the creative and marketing fields and able to execute various timely tasks while working collaboratively and positively.
• Strong relationship skills and the ability to understand and quickly respond to the needs of internal stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
