Operations Director (Cloud Services)

The Operations Director will oversee end-to-end cloud operations, including operational resilience, incident and change management, automation, vendor governance, financial performance, and service optimization, while ensuring compliance with sovereign cloud and regulatory requirements (i.e., ISO 27001, SOC 2, FedRAMP). Acting as a senior escalation point for clients, the role also drives operational transformation, strategic planning, client engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will bring significant experience leading large-scale cloud operations within enterprise or regulated environments, with strong expertise in Azure platforms, operational governance, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership. Strong commercial acumen, experience managing high-performing teams, and the ability to deliver operational excellence in complex environments are essential.
