Regulatory Reporting Administrator (Fixed Term Contract)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Regulatory Reporting Administrator to support the Regulatory Operations Manager in maintaining client financial records and ensuring compliance with Economic Substance and Beneficial Ownership obligations. The role involves preparing and reviewing client books of accounts, filing regulatory returns, and ensuring accurate data management across internal and external systems.
• Assist clients with preparation and review of books of accounts for Economic Substance Return submissions and other local statutory requirements
• Prepare, review, and submit annual Economic Substance Returns while ensuring regulatory compliance
• File new Economic Substance Notifications and maintain accurate, up-to-date records on the Corporate Administration Platform
• Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of Economic Substance and Beneficial Ownership data in ViewPoint
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet client expectations and regulatory deadlines
• Respond to ad hoc client requests related to regulatory and accounting reporting
• Conduct regular audits to verify accuracy and completeness of regulatory reporting data
• Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting Economic Substance and Beneficial Ownership reporting and ensure timely implementation
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in regulatory reporting and financial record-keeping
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Law
• Accounting certification preferred (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA, CMA)
• 3–6 years of experience in the financial services industry
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
