Finance Director

The Finance Director oversees the full finance function, driving financial performance through strategic budgeting, forecasting, and in-depth analysis of revenue, costs, and market trends. This role involves leading the Finance team, delivering accurate and timely reporting, monitoring P&L performance, and providing data-driven insights to support senior leadership in decision-making, cost optimization, and sustained profitability.

In addition, this position ensures strong financial governance through robust internal controls, regulatory compliance, and oversight of internal and external audits, safeguarding assets and enhancing operational efficiency. The Finance Director will combine technical expertise with leadership, influencing business strategy, improving performance, and building a high-performing finance function to support long-term success.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a financial management role with hands-on financial and management accounting experience, financial analysis expertise, process analysis and risk management.
• Previous experience owning, analyzing, designing, and re-engineering accounting, finance and other business processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or equivalent.
• Internationally recognized accounting qualification (i.e., CPA, CA).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well in environment with time constraints.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills, performing work accurately and efficiently.
