Account Executive

We’re working with a leading captive insurance management firm in the Cayman Islands who are looking to hire an Account Executive to join their team.

 

This is a great opportunity for a qualified accountant looking to move into (or grow within) the captive insurance space, with strong exposure to clients, financial reporting, and regulatory work.

 

Responsibilities:
•    Manage a portfolio of captive insurance clients
•    Prepare financial statements and investment schedules
•    Coordinate audits and support year-end processes
•    Attend and present at Board and Shareholder meetings
•    Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
•    Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain corporate records
•    Liaise with banks, auditors, and other service providers

 

Requirements:
•    Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent)
•    Minimum 2+ years post-qualified experience
•    Background in audit, insurance, or financial services (captive experience a plus)
•    Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
•    Excellent communication and client-facing ability
•    Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
