A leading organization is seeking a Credit Controller to manage accounts receivable across the Caribbean, ensuring timely and effective collection of outstanding balances. The role involves maintaining accurate collection records, analyzing aged debt, assisting with WIP analysis to optimize working capital, and implementing or enhancing credit control policies and processes. The successful candidate will also upload e-billing invoices, reconcile payments, and address discrepancies while working closely with key stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills, capable of delivering excellent client service and maintaining collaborative relationships across Finance and other internal teams.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a financial or legal services environment.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience using eBilling Hub or similar e-Billing software would be beneficial.
  • Highly diligent with an organized and timely approach to work, ensures attention to detail.
  • Excellent client service mentality with a ‘can do, will do’ attitude and the ability to multi-task.
  • Effective and respectful communication, both verbally and in writing.
