Legal Secretary - Corporate

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Legal Secretary to support our client’s Corporate team in the Cayman Islands. This role requires strong administrative capabilities, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Drafting, amending and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
• Managing calendars, schedules, files and document completion
• Handling internal and external telephone enquiries
• Conducting company searches and conflict checks
• Filing, recordkeeping and invoice processing
• Creating and formatting presentations and reports in line with brand guidelines
• Organising travel arrangements and assisting with marketing/client events
• Assisting with client and matter creation on the Document Management System (DMS)
• Maintaining partner and fee earner contacts and marketing activity records
• Opening, closing and archiving files and accounts
• Minimum 3 years’ legal secretarial experience, with recent law firm experience essential
• Strong knowledge of legal documentation and terminology
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word
• Experience with electronic document management systems (e.g. iManage)
• Experience with 3E and Intapp would be advantageous
• Legal secretarial or administrative qualifications are an advantage
