Senior Manager - Finance & Accounting

We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented finance professional to lead the day-to-day financial operations of the organization and support key strategic financial initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing monthly accounting close processes, managing the general ledger, maintaining the fixed asset register, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The Senior Manager will play an active role in updating accounting policies and procedures, assist in the production of the annual budgets, manage cash flow, support annual financial audits, and recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s financial operations.
This is currently a short-term contract with the opportunity to extend. This position will require the incumbent to start at short notice.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or tertiary degree in accounting, finance, or related field with a minimum of four years’ experience at the managerial level within a professional services organization.
- A professional accounting designation (i.e., CPA, ACCA)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage an effective and cohesive team.
