If you’re looking to enjoy a slice of the Caribbean life in a job that you love, then look no further than Joanna and Mike.I started my 3,700-mile journey back in February, thinking it would take months, possibly even years, until the dream became real… By May, I had a job.

I reached out to Affinity, where I was put in contact with Joanna who set me up with a fantastic software developer role working for a well-established company on Island.

Joanna made everything very easy for me; she told me everything I needed to do, how to do it and when it had to be done. I followed suit, ticked the boxes, and before we knew it I had a Skype interview arranged.

Halfway through the process I was introduced to Mike who then took the lead in helping me seal the deal. Mike, just like Joanna, was incredibly helpful. It was a job that I did not know about and somehow, he persuaded them into giving me an interview. Fortunately, I was able to hold up my end and I did very well with the interview. I started the job the very next day. Once I’ve secured the job, the role of Mr. Luxton did not stop there. He handles all the paperwork and other formalities and liaise with your new employer to make sure everything is in place for your first day and beyond such as emailing or calling to check up you. He can even negotiate your salary for you and make sure you get the best package out there.
