Senior Business Development Manager

The purpose of the role is to drive the development and execution of BD plans across key markets, contributing to our client’s continued growth by providing opportunities for fee earners to interface with existing and prospective clients, intermediaries, and referrers. The successful incumbent will lead global BD efforts for one particular service line alongside regional oversight for several other service lines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years BD experience in a professional services environment, with a proven network of contacts in an offshore jurisdiction – ideally in the Cayman Islands.
• Self-motivated and independent, able to work with minimum supervision and capable of managing and implementing BD administrative tasks accurately and within deadlines.
• Flexibility with working hours as necessary and comfortable working across multiple cultures and time zones.
• Ability to work with a range of personalities, levels and cultural backgrounds, strong interpersonal and inter-cultural communication skills are key. A high standard of written and verbal English language capability is essential.
• Strong judgment and demonstrable track record for confidently suggesting well-reasoned, independent strategic recommendations and ideas.
